About Kristen
I am not sure that Kristen was aware or had ever had knowledge of the quote from Hilary Cooper. She certainly lived her life as if Ms Cooper had called her directly! Every day full and every day another opportunity to make a difference. When she was taken far too young- she had already lived a life many of us do not achieve in 90 years. Ever the adventurer, she had traveled to Europe, climbed the Alps in Austria, attended in a hospital in Peru, done a mission in Dominican Republic, ran D-1 Cross Country and track at Dartmouth College, met her life partner, got engaged, was All-Ivy, went to med school, ran fundraisers, was a sister and a daughter, a granddaughter, role model, friend and confidante. Just getting started. We , her family, are devasted by her loss, but live in awe of her legacy even as we mourn a promise never fulfilled.
